Agave Mosaic Lazy Susan

Mosaics can be very utilitarian as well as artful. This mosaic lazy susan measures 20 1/2 inches in diameter and is 2 inches tall. It was commissioned to complement the Blue Agave Mirror and was made of matching Italian blue/green tiles set off by an iridescent white background.

This mosaic was constructed of laminated exterior grade plywood and MdF and was mounted to a 12 inch heavy duty bearing. It twirls with ease and can support up to 120 pounds! As a preventive measure from stains, the top was sealed with a polymer resin (epoxy).

Mosaics:  Imported Italian porcelain tiles and iridescent white shards
